Duties
Conduct Risk assessment to recognize material risk, prioritize risk, propose risk alleviation plans, and approve with the management on the plan of action.
Ready risk based Internal Audit Plan.
Perform business procedure review so as to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal supervisions over the business progressions
Comprehend business industry trends.
Drives Financial / operational and technology Internal Audit framework and audit planning to alleviate risk by maintaining a pulse on the technology dangers related to the business and working together with functional leaders
Map relevant technology risks to the business, assess suitable timing and map annual audit calendar
Build strong relationships with the business and keep pulse of the new changes and changing technology landscape of the company.
Construct, implement and study internal control, audit, and regulatory submission protocols.
Work with 2nd line of defence & Compliance reasons to align audit action and formulate the regulatory framework in line with the local laws and CBN policies.
Oversees audit projects by deducing scope and purposes; formulating multi-functional audit plans
Appoints and directs audit staff in enactment of audit, warranty of control design, cogency and identifies process deformities by assessing achievement of controls against Company protocols and/or exterior regulatory/accounting prerequisites; assessing process efficiencies; and conducting developed data and logical examination.
Skills & Qualifications
Must be a Chartered Accountant.

Duties
Organize activities of staff to and from destinations.
Arrive at destinations on plan.
Achieve other managerial necessities.

Requirements
Must have a minimum of OND with 1 – 3 years work knowledge.
Must have a legal drivers license.
