We need capable hands for the role of Food service Operations Manager/ Production Manager.
We need upwardly migratory individuals with an entrepreneurial perspective who can oversee the daily activities of the company and is ready to grow with us to oversee our operations.
As a suitable candidate, you’ll have a thoughtful business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum output.
The suitable candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in an operations management task.
We expect the suitable candidate for this position to be able to take complete possession of their role by being in charge and entailed in carrying out the operations and forehandedly looking for improvement openings.

Objectives and Responsibilities of this Role:
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
Lead, motivate, and aid a large team within a time-conscious, rapidly growing and mandating environment, including setup and enactment of career improvement plans for all direct reports and crisis resolution.
Oversee timely data collection to refurbish operations metrics to achieve productivity marks, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver great customer service.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality warranty policies.
Expand the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal potential.
Vigorously pursue strategic and operational goals.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a definite allotment.
Trail staffing prerequisites, hiring new employees as required.
Works as mandatory to ensure customer contentment, which may include Sundays operations, occasional odd hours and/or remaining on-call for problem-solving.
Inspects register and requisitions and purchases food supplies as needed; makes direct special purchases.
Appoints and trains personnel and determines work calendars.
4+ years ascertained work experience as an Operations/Food Production/Restaurant Manager or similar task.
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related area.
Strong budget development and management skills.
Exceptional ability to entrust responsibilities while maintaining organizational restraint and customer service.
Great organizational and planning dexterities.
Highly oriented in conflict management and business negotiation strategies.
Proficiency in general business software and aptitude to comprehend new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual communication techniques.
Must live within Yaba and its vicinity.
